Returns on Non Prescription Eyewear

Free returns within UK within 14 days

Goods must be unused and with all the original packaging
Contact us and we will email you with return label, you can then attach it to the box and hand it over to the local post office
We are unable to offer exchanges
We are unable to accept returns from international customers
Even though we offer you refund we strictly recommend you try the glasses in our shop or at your local opticians (if the same model is available) before placing any orders with us, we are a very small family run business and returns are very costly to our business. Please be 100% sure you will keep the glasses, thank you

Lenses are custom made according to your prescription and by UK trade law are not eligible for refunds if you have changed your mind

Refunds not possible on prescription lenses
Further £15 will be deducted from the frame price to cover the cost of glazing charges associated with manufacturing your glasses with prescription lenses
