Returns on Non Prescription Eyewear
Free UK returns within 14 days only if fault is found. (14 days start from the day you receive your glasses)!!
No returns / refunds possible if glasses don't suit you.
- Goods must be unused and with all the original packaging
- Contact us and we will email you with return label, you can then attach it to the box and hand it over to the local post office
- We are unable to offer exchanges
- We are unable to accept returns from international customers
We strictly recommend you try the glasses in our shop or at your local opticians before placing any orders with us, we are a very small family run business and returns are very costly to our business. Please be 100% sure you will keep the glasses as we will not be able to offer a refund for glasses that don't suit you or you have changed your mind, we appreciate your understanding, thank you.
Returns on Prescription Eyewear
Lenses are custom made according to your prescription and by UK trade law are not eligible for refunds if you have changed your mind
- Refunds not possible on prescription lenses
- Further £15 will be deducted from the frame price to cover the cost of glazing charges associated with manufacturing your glasses with prescription lenses
