ORDERS SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 
q: How long will my order take to arrive?

All non prescription orders are dispatched same day and will be delivered within 24 hours for UK, we use Parcel Force as our delivery partner.

All prescription orders will take 10 to 14 days for delivery.

 
q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. International orders can take upto 7 days, we use UPS as our delivery partner.

All prescription orders will take 20 days for delivery.

 
q: Can I return my glasses because I don't like them?

You can return unused and unworn products within 14 days of your purchase free of charge. We are unable to offer a refund for custom made prescription lenses. We are unable to exchange any products. Refunds can take upto 30 days.

We do not allow retunrs or refunds for international customers.

 
q: What if I cant see clearly from my glasses?

We would advise you to have another eye test to make sure the prescription supplied to us was correct from your optometrists. If that is correct then you can return it back to us for our in house inspection, if we have made a manufacturing error we will put it right.

For international customers they would need to make own arrangements for delivery to us and then back to them.
